In this study you will see the principle of a seed, whether financial,
material, or a seed of obedience, will cause you to get that breakthrough
that you really need when you work these principles in faith. This is an
area that many people fail to apply or operate in, and that is the reason
why many of them have been praying for years and nothing happens for
them, or they fast but nothing happens for them. There are more principles
besides just praying and fasting, and the ones that I have listed below did
not require prayer or fasting to get results. That is the principle of giving.
Your giving comes after your tithes, and it causes supernatural things to
happen for you when it comes down to breakthrough
; see Luke 6:38.

1) In
Genesis 8:20-21 we see a seed removing a curse off of the ground
and a seed has the power to remove any curse;
see also Genesis 5:28-29.

2) In
Genesis 14:18-20, we see Abram (Abraham) paying his tithes to
Melchizedek, the priest of the Most High God, and Melchizedek releases
the blessing him as a result of it. In
Ezekiel 44:27-30, we see this process
confirmed again, because the priest has the power to release the blessing
on you and your household. In
Verse 30, we see that when you give the
priest the first of your dough he causes the blessing to rest in your house.
In those days the priest would live on-site at the House of the Lord, and
that was where they dwelt, and the people were commanded to bring the
tithe into the storehouse so that the priest had food to eat and so that
they had resources to live from while they tend to spiritual matters for
the people of God;
see Malachi 3:10-12, Galatians 6:6-7, 10, 1 Corinthians
9:7-14, Philippians 4:10-19, Luke 8:1-3, Nehemiah 13:7-14, Deuteronomy
18:1-8, and 1 Timothy 6:17-18

3) In
Genesis 26:12 we see where Isaac sowed in the land where he lived
and the Lord blessed him and gave him a hundredfold return in the same

4) We see in
1 Kings 3:3-5 how Solomon gave the Lord a seed offering and
it caused the Lord to show up the same night in a dream and tell him ask
what I shall give you. In others words, because you have released I am
now going to release something back to you, and God basically gave him
a blank check.

5) In
1 Samuel 9:6-8 we can see Saul bringing a monetary seed as a
present to the man of God to show them their way in life. You can see
things as a prophet on surface level but a seed allow you to dig a little
deeper and authorizes God to release a deeper word and insight into your
life because you released something in obedience into the life of his
prophet and that now is the prophets reward;
see also 1 Kings 14:1-3 and
Matthew 10:40-42

6) In
1 Kings 17:1-16 we see how the prophet was eating supernaturally
and being supplied for by God, but the Lord sent him to a widow woman
with a son that they were about to eat their last meal and die because all
of their money and resources to live off of was already dried up and there
was just enough for one meal left because it was a time of famine in the
land and the resources was dried up and as a result of her releasing a
seed of water and a cake first into the prophet's life she and her son did
eat many days (3 1/2 years) from a seed of obedience;
see also James
5:17-18, and Luke 4:22-27

7) In
2 Kings 4:1-7, we see a widow woman that had a husband that died,
and he was a servant in the ministry of a man of God, Elisha the prophet.
She came to Elisha, the man of God, and petitioned him for a miracle on
her behalf. Because of the seed of obedience of servant-hood sown by
that son of the prophet, her husband, it qualified his wife and children he
left behind after his death to get a spoken prophet's reward from the man
of God, but that same widow woman still had to come up with a seed of
oil to produce the miracle that she needed to get a lifetime breakthrough
harvest for the rest of her life and for the rest of her sons lives and that
same seed of obedience also got her debt free.

8) In
2 Kings 4:8-37, we see how the Shunammite woman perceived that
she was dealing with a Holy Man of God, and she told her husband let's
build him a room so that he will have a place to lay his head whenever he
comes through. She ministered unto him, and as a result, she reaped a
prophet's reward spoken into her life. That prophet's reward was that she
would have a son in their old age, and she also received a second miracle
when he fell dead and because of her seed into the prophet's life, she was
able to have her only son raised up again to life from the dead;
see also
Hebrews 11:35
; we are talking about the power of a seed.

9) In
1 Chronicles 21:26-30, we see how King David offered up a seed
offering to the Lord to stop the judgment of the Lord from killing off all of
the people because David had sinned against the Lord in taking a census
of the people;
read all of 1 Chronicles chapter 26 to better understand the
scenario, but a seed stopped all of the killing.

10) In
Luke 7:1-10, we can see a centurion man in verse 5 loved the Jews
and built them a Synagogue to worship the Lord in, and because of that
seed, it qualified him to have a dear servant that was sick unto death to
be healed and restored to health again and made whole by Jesus.

11) In
Acts 10:1-48, specifically verse 2, you can clearly see that because
of Cornelius, a centurion, alms giving, it caused the Angel of the Lord to
be sent to him to give him instructions to send for Apostle Peter to come
and preach the Gospel of the Kingdom to him and all of his household so
that he and all of his house could be saved and filled with the gift of the
Holy Spirit. We are talking about the power of a seed.

12) Giving the Lord your first and the right seed causes God to remember
you and remember what you did. What you give does matter, as well as
the heart and spirit in which you give it;
see Genesis 4:1-7, Hebrews 11:4,
Mark 14:3-9, and 2 Corinthians 9:6-7

13) In
Genesis 22:1-18, the blessing of obedience was released when
Abraham went to offer up Isaac, a precious seed;
see also Psalm 126:5-6.
However, the Lord gave him a ram in
verse 13 to offer up in Isaac's place.
The Lord just wanted to see if Abraham would obey him or not.

14) When you don't have anything to give, but you want to give, then the
Lord will give you seed to sow, but you have to sow it when you do get it,
and you will get more, plus your needs will also be meet;
see Isaiah 55:10
and 2 Corinthians 9:10-12
. Some people don't get any seed from the Lord
again, because when they ask him for it and get it, they spend it on other
things other than what they told the Lord that they were going to do with
it when they got it. That is never wise to do that.
See Ecclesiastes 5:1-7.
